Your beliefs are overwhelming.
Your character sets you apart.

We share a bond of friendship,
That transcends the spoken word.
We know we're there for each other.
We can talk and we are heard.

Some days, I make mistakes,
But I try all the while,
Knowing we have each other,
And we'll go the extra mile.

For you have a special way,
Of smiling from the heart.
I'll cherish our friendship forever,
Even when we're apart.

So please know you can count on me,
If you need some place to go.
I'll be there when you need me,
Just call me and let me know.

And so with every word,
You give my heart a lift.
Cause our very special friendship,
Is a most cherished gift.


*I found this in a box of my own jumbled writing. It is amazing the things I keep and forget about. It never ceases to catch me off guard the way someone else has viewed me, or does view me, compared to the reflection I see in the mirror. If you read this SD I hope you don't mind me sharing it.
